Terms of Service

Effective September 21, 2026

These Terms govern your use of SayaSite (the “Service”), an AI website builder operated by ZZ.BUSINESS (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. What the Service does

SayaSite generates a website for your business from the description you provide, hosts it, lets you change it by text or voice through an AI editor, collects requests from your visitors into a built-in CRM and shows basic statistics. Features may change as we improve the product; we will not remove core functionality you are paying for without notice.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and give a valid email address.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• Tell us at zz@zz.business if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Free trial, subscription and billing

• New accounts get a free trial of 2 hours from sign-up to build a site and try the Service. No payment card is required. During the trial usage limits apply (for example the number of websites and changes).
• To keep your website live after the trial the price is $99 per website per month, billed monthly in advance, unless a different price was shown to you at checkout. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner, which may act as the merchant of record and appear on your statement.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing; your site stays live until the end of the period you paid for.
• When the trial ends without a subscription, or if a payment fails, your site is taken offline and editing is paused. Nothing is deleted — subscribing brings it back.
• Paid plans include fair use of AI features. If usage is far above normal (for example thousands of changes a month) we may ask you to contact us before continuing.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next billing period.

4. Your content

You own the content you provide — texts, photos, logos, business details — and the content of your website. You give us a license to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you, including sending it to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload and that the facts on your site are true. The AI editor is instructed never to invent reviews, prices, licenses or other claims, but you are responsible for checking your site before and after publishing and for the accuracy of what it says.

5. AI-generated material

Designs, texts and illustrative images created by the Service for your site may be used by you for your business without extra charge. AI output can contain mistakes; review it. AI-generated photos are illustrations and must not be presented as photos of your actual staff, customers, premises or completed work.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• publish illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit or violent content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights;
• impersonate another business or person, collect credentials or payment data, or run phishing, scams or malware;
• post fake reviews, fake ratings or misleading claims about products, prices, qualifications or results;
• send spam, attack or overload the Service, or try to access other users’ data;
• offer regulated goods or services (for example weapons, drugs, gambling, adult services) without the required permits, or where they are prohibited.

We may take a site offline or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where possible we will tell you why first.

7. Your visitors and customers

Requests submitted through your site are stored in your CRM so you can contact those people. You are responsible for how you use their details and for any notices your own customers are entitled to under the law that applies to your business. We process that data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Custom work

Features outside the Service — online payments, booking systems, stores, integrations — can be quoted separately by the ZZ.BUSINESS team. Such work is agreed in writing and is not part of the subscription.

9. Availability

We work to keep the Service and your site online and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance, and third-party services we rely on may fail. Keep your own copy of anything important.

10. Ending your account

You can delete a site or your whole account at any time in the dashboard. Deleting removes the site, its versions, photos, requests and statistics and cannot be undone. We may end the Service for your account for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we will give at least 30 days’ notice and refund any prepaid period you could not use.

11. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost business or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where consumer law applies.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
